Beyond One Path begins with three high-opportunity career lanes — trades, hospitality, and mission-critical operations — and will grow over time to highlight more ways people build real careers, real income, and real pride.
For decades, the four-year degree has been positioned as the path to opportunity. It's a great path. It just isn't the only one — and most young people never hear the other options explained clearly.
Counselors recommended it. Parents encouraged it. It's been the default advice for two generations — and for many students, it has worked beautifully.
But the conversation often stopped there. Other paths were rarely explained, sometimes treated as fallbacks. And so most young people never met anyone who'd walked them.
Trades pay six figures with the right specialization. Hospitality promotes talent faster than almost any industry. Mission-critical operations are tripling in scale to power AI — and they need skilled humans across every level.
